Gifted Touch Home Care LLC ("Gifted Touch," "we," "us," or "our") is a Kansas limited liability company operating a residential home care business at 825 E Sheridan St, Olathe, Kansas 66061. We operate the website at giftedtouchhome.com (the "Site").

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you give us directly
The Site does not have account registration, online booking, or online payment. The information you give us is what you choose to share when you contact us:
- Contact information. Your name, phone number, and email address when you call, text, or email us using the links on the Site.
- Inquiry details. Anything you tell us about your situation and the care your loved one needs.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
When you use the Site, we automatically collect:
- Device and browser information. Browser type, operating system, screen size, language preference.
- Usage information. Pages visited, time on page, referring URL, search terms used to find the Site.
- IP address and approximate location. Used for security and basic geographic understanding of who is visiting the Site.
We collect this information through Google Analytics, Cloudflare's edge logs, and standard server logs.
3. Inquiries That Mention Health Conditions
Families contacting us often describe a loved one's health situation. We treat every inquiry as confidential, share it only with the Gifted Touch care team, and use it only to respond to you and plan potential care. The Site itself does not collect or store medical records. Detailed health information is gathered later, through our separate care assessment and admission process, not through the website.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss care options.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- Understand which content is most useful to visitors (Google Analytics).
- Comply with applicable law.
We do not send marketing email lists from Site contacts, and we do not use the Site for cross-site advertising or remarketing as of the Effective Date. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy first.
5. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses a small number of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the Site to function and stay secure. These cannot be turned off.
- Analytics cookies. Set by Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through the Site, contact us at Giftedtouchks@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Records connected to residents who enter our care are kept under the separate retention rules that govern care records.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email Giftedtouchks@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time (generally 30 days) and may need to verify your identity first.
Kansas has not enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy statute as of this Effective Date. Visitors from a state that has one are entitled to those state-law rights.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS across the entire Site) and restricted administrative access. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with an updated Effective Date at the top.
